You can however just make 2 entries. <spawn maxcount="1" respawndelay="1" time="Day" entitygroup="ZombiesAll" /> <spawn maxcount="1" respawndelay="1" time="Night" entitygroup="ZombiesAll" /> which is kind of the same.
