    [MOD]No Specials v0.02 - A 7DTD Alpha 7.1(b1) mod by Red Eagle LXIX

    Code:
No Specials v0.02 - A 7DTD Alpha 7.1(b1) mod by Red Eagle LXIX
    --------------------------------------------------------------

Credit to grimreefer24601 for "Grim's Unity Asset Editor"
    REQUIRED: v0.2: http://7daystodie.com/forums/showthread.php?5030-Grim-s-Unity-Asset-Editor-V0-1&p=39614&viewfull=1#post39614
Literally one of the best Unity Asset tools out.

I'll do a packaged mod version once I've had time to play with the v0.2 of Grim's Unity Asset Editor some more.
For now this is a manual import version.

This mod is ONLINE (NoCheat) COMPATIBLE.

This mod gives options to replace the special mobs in the spawn lists with other mobs.
I chose to do replacements to keep the spawn amounts the same, just different mobs.
I have included multiple XML files to choose from to allow user flexibility.
D = ZombieDog is replaced with ZombieCrawlers
      H = Hornet is replaced with ZombieGal04
C = fatzombieCop is replaced with fatzombie
S = spiderzombie is replaced with fatzombie

Example: models_4.HD.xml replaces Hornets and Dogs.
             models.ORIGINAL.xml restores the defaults.

    INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
     1. Extract the contents of this zip into your 7DaysToDie_Data folder
        Default path is
        "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\7 Days To Die\7DaysToDie_Data"
     3. Start Grim's Unity Asset Editor
     4. Open resources.assets
     5. Sort by Type
     6. Scroll down till you find the text files (between type 30 and type 36)
     7. Click on models_4 (text) file.
     8. With models_4 selected, Click the Asset -> Import on the menu bar
     9. On the bottom right of the window, select XML (*.xml)
    10. Select models_4.?.xml where ? is the replacements you'd like to make (USE .ORIGINAL. to restore defaults)
    11. Click File > Save As on the menu bar
    12. Click on resources.assets and select save, say YES to overwrite

    UNINSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Follow the install instructions selecting the .ORIGINAL.xml file

    Details:
This mod is ONLINE (NoCheat) COMPATIBLE.
Meaning it does not cheat at all online.
This will impact Single Player or online games hosted with this mod installed.
Client usage does not matter, only server usage (for SP, the client is the server).
Clients joining a server without this mod installed will have no impact.
Clients joining a server without this mod installed you will still see the mobs since they are spawned by the server.
Clients joining a server with this mod installed will not see any disabled mobs since mob spawns are controlled by the server.

THIS MOD IS COMPATIBLE WITH A7.2(b2). There were no changes to the file this mod uses (models_4).
As such there is no need to update this mod. It can be used on A7.1(b1) or A7.2(b2).

        Just adding this:
This mod basically gives functionality that will eventually make it in the game:

If a mod would be kind enough to update the title of this thread to: "No Specials v0.02 - 7DTD Alpha 7.1(b1), 7.2(b2), & A7.3(b4)" and then delete this reply that would be much appreciated.

If feeling really bored, you could also add this before the CODE section on the first post:
