Thank you just wanted to check with someone who has already done it! So now I just start the server update from steam cmd?

Hello im playing with a friend of mine for quite some time and today the game got updated! I host my own server and have my game installed on separate pc so I can choose the version and play fine over steam! However he has geforce now and its pushing the newest version on him he cant seem to run the older version of the game. I was wondering if I could update the server as is a and keep playing if its compatible with the old files since its bot A21? Thanks!

Hi all I built a brand new server for 7dtd and I have some errors I cannot find answers to by googling... Errors that I encounter when someone exits the game are: 2022-07-27T22:46:57 207.265 ERR [EOS] [LogEOSAntiCheat - Error] [AntiCheatServer] EOS_AntiCheatServer_ProtectMessage: Failed with invalid user 2022-07-27T22:46:57 207.268 ERR [EOS-ACS] Failed encrypting stream for EOS_0002290dc5dc423fa44940ee66dc82b4: InvalidUser Also at the start of log there is a warning 2022-07-27T22:43:32 2.644 WRN [EOS] [LogEOSAnalytics - Warning] EOS SDK Analytics disabled for route [1]. Playing on the server local by using the IP works fine! Using a server monitor app while on carrier network I can see the server and all works fine shows players on server 1 so server is reachable and this all is ok! One more problem that I got is that the server is no where to be seen in server explorer like that its not online at all or the "search limit" simply cuts me off.. Does anyone have solutions on this issues? p.s. using server 2019 as OS

Thanks for your responses guys... Just a quick recap I am a system administrator and I know very well how to forward ports and setup servers. Now I'm more interested in this what P3rf3ctVZer0 said the Invalid naming Scheme that could be messing stuff up so I used a simple name for server such as "Helloserver" and still a flop. I will try to attach the server on my spare switch and change the subnet to see if that makes any difference but as I still see this is just a random bug. I have confirmed both game and server run the same version (still even if they did not it should pop up not allowing you to connect because of "different game version").

Hi guys! Well I had a server running on my local network until the recent update. I updated and I cant see the game under LAN anymore? To make thigs clearer I have a dedicated server on my LAN network that runs Server 2019 I use it as a file share , game server, media server. I am able to ping my server and I am able to access shares and everything on my server as usual. The server and the main PC are connected to the same router and are able to ping, see, file share one another so no problem here with connectivity. The odd thing is when I launch the game I go to the browser and LAN says 0. However if I punch in my 192.168.1.103 local IP of the server it connects just fine! What could the reason be? On the main PC I run windows 11 On the server all ports are forwarded and open Could this be some bug? Cheers!
