  1. Install A21 (b37), then, from the Launcher/Tools/Clean game data... menu, check all the boxes and press clean. Both of you.
  2. Check your Event Viewer for entries in the Windows Logs section at the time of your crash. There will be an entry describing why the app crashed in either the Applications or System section.
  3. Delete his player profile from your save. It is in the /your-save-game/player folder. You can get his eos ID from the players.xml file. He will start over at level one so you will have to replace his inventory from the creative menu, and his xp using the givexp command.
  4. Steam on Ubuntu and Mint both dl the linux version for me.
  5. You can get the opening quests by reading the "Basic Survival Quest Note", which you can get from the creative menu.
  6. Try checking "Use native input module" in the Launcher.
  7. This might work, it has worked for some in the past, but does not always work. No guarantee. Move your save game from %appdata%\7DaysToDie\Saves\*YourWorldName*\*YourSaveName* to your desktop. Then create a new game with the same world, name, size, and seed as the game you just moved. If it's a random gen world and you don't remember the settings, they will be in the "map_info.xml" file in your GeneratedWorlds folder. If it's Navezgane or a Pregen, use that map. Start the new game, then stop it and close 7D2D. From your backup files on the desktop, copy the "main.ttw" file and the files in the "Player" folder to the new save & player folder that you just created. Try to start the game.
  8. Try updating to (b37), the latest stable build.
  9. That's a network error. Most common causes of network issues: ``` 1: AntiVirus: Add folder exclusions for the game folder and the save folder in your security software. 2: Wifi. Use Ethernet instead. WiFi is half-duplex, encrypted, and subject to interference. 3: oem gaming optimizers and lighting software, like Gamefirst from Asus, Dell, HP, Corsair, Razor, etc. Uninstall all this junkware. 4: VPN or proxy: Use split tunneling to add an exception for the game. Or turn off the vpn. 5: Try the "Network Workaround" option from the Options/General tab. 6: Many newer routers have built in security apps which may be interfering with the game's network. Log into your router to see if this is happening.
  10. Check if your wifi router has some security app running. Many do.
  11. Have you tried using the Launcher/Tools/Clean game data.... menu?
  12. What was your Discord ID? You can PM it to me.
  13. In both logs you get the error after 15 minutes of playing. Is it possible the card is overheating?
  14. It looks like you generated more than one world using the 00000003 seed. There's a known issue that if you do that, the new world combines with the extant one creating that anomoly.
