Need to make a correction on this. The Toolbelt, my statements are inverted. While the scope and map start inverted with the mouse for me, the toolbelt scroll to next or scroll back to previous item does start correct. When I make the gnome desktop change to "natural scrolling" it does fix the scope and map, but breaks the tool belt. So I do not have a complete workaround to achieve the equiv behavior that I see under the windows client. Also I can't change the mouse scroll wheel mapping in the settings as I noted before even though there are options for it (default to not set) because the game sees the wheel + and wheel - as already set for the scope.
