  1. There is a new section in the A21 log files that is mentions Xbox triggers, as an INF not a WRN or ERR. So his error must pop up right after its mentioned. Remember that when testing mods that each time that you remove a mod, you must run the Verify Integrity tool because some mods overwrite vanilla code and just removing the mod will not reverse that mods changes. In your case it could be you removed a mod but didn't Verify??? Just a thought.....
  2. As Jugginator said, download DDU and run it in safe mode to completely uninstall your vidcard drivers. There's 2 ways to get the newest drivers. If you have Gforce Experience installed, run it and it will download the latest drivers for your card. Or go to nvidia.com and work your way through the site to download the latest drivers. If doing this results in you still having a problem then your video card might just be dead which would suck for you.
  3. As @SylenThunder mentioned, we need to see your log files. In the pinned topic he replied to you with are instructions on where to find your logs & how to use pastebin.com to create a link of your log file to post here. Without your logs, no one can help you fix this issue.
  4. There are a bunch of EOS warnings/errors in the logs. Most, but not all, EOS issues are related to the antivirus software blocking connections to EOS. For the host and all players, try creating exclusions in your antivirus software(including Windows Defender) for the game folder and saves folder. Turning off antivirus may not work, you must create exclusions. If you do not know how to do this, look at the pinned topic for instructions for the most popular antivirus programs: SUPPORT FAQ: Information and Common Solutions - General Support - 7 Days to Die If that does not seem to work, post new logs after the exclusions have been created.
  5. We need to see the entire log file of the player who is having the problem also the server log would be helpful too. Instructions for finding the logs and how to use pastebin.com to generate a link to the logs to paste here in the forums are found in the pinned topic: HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE ---- Please Read Before Creating New Threads ---- - General Support - 7 Days to Die
  6. I looked at 4 of the logs and the significant issues I see, in one log the litenetlib connection failed and in the other logs requesting rules from the server failed. Most often this is caused by not having the correct ports forwarded on the host router. Be sure that the person hosting the server has forwarded the following ports: UDP: 26900-26903 TCP: 26900 Also you should create exclusions in your antivirus software for both the game folder and the saves folder. Disabling antivirus software is not good enough( includes Windows Defender).
  7. What is the permission level to allow all players to see the map but only admins to make changes and does that pertain to all three modules? I'm still having a time wrapping my head around this.
  8. Litenetlib connection failed. Most of the time it is due to not having the ports forwarded correctly on the server hosts router. Be sure that the following ports are forwarded: UDP: 26900-26903 TCP: 26900 Also be sure the server host as created exclusions for the game folder and saves folder in the antivirus software including Windows Defender. It is not enough to turn off the antivirus.
  9. Looks like his issue is not on his end but one of the hop servers midway to the game server so definitely not his own equipment. The only thing that he can do is to talk to his isp but I wouldn't expect any satisfaction. The problem node might not be owned or controlled by the isp. I have never heard of an isp pushing through a change route for a signal before. The best that can be done is to switch where the game server is hosted and hope for a different route. EDIT: If this is a rented server you can ask the host to give you another server possibly in a nearby city. If it is a person hosting the server, they would need to change location like hosting it at a different persons house.
  10. Post them here since you are using a pc.
  11. He could try to narrow it down further by running the tracert command and see if the issue is truly his isp. Run the command prompt as administrator and type tracert "server ip address" and he replaces server ip address with the actual ip address of the server without quotes. The results will list the latency of each hop from his house to the server. If the latency of the first hop is much greater than the others, the issue is either his router, modem or his isp. If he can borrow another router and rerun the tracert, the results will tell him if it's his router or the isp. If it's the router, he has his answer. If it's the isp, he could call the isp and have them test his connection to see if it is something that they can fix ie. bad wiring, bad modem, etc. In any case, there's nothing that tfp can fix.
  12. In this pinned topic, it explains how to find your log file, copy the contents of the log and go to pastebin.com to paste there which will generate a link. You then come here and post the link: https://community.7daystodie.com/topic/3956-how-to-report-an-issue-please-read-before-creating-new-threads/
  13. Validation is a Steam process where it checks for missing and or corrupted games and redownloads them. I’m not on my pc right now but you right click on 7 Days in Steam through one of the options listed, you should find Validate Integrity of Game Files. It is usually recommended to run this at least twice.
  14. As long as it is in Alpha development, you still need to start a new game with each update. We are on alpha 21, it has been hinted that the game will gold after alpha 23 or 24 but there’s no promise. In your case, I would wait for it to go gold then you’ll never need to start over.
  15. I’ve seen similar lines in other logs that no one has given any suggestions that worked but I will toss out some things. Be sure that on the server and players computers that you have excluded the game folder and saves folder from you antivirus software, including if you use Windows Defender. Before A21, the vast majority of EOS errors resolved once those folders were excluded. Is this the same for A21? I don’t know but it’s worth a try. On your router, be sure that the correct ports are forwarded: tcp 26900 and udp 26900-26903. Tfp added a network workaround in the settings. Have your friend select that option for her game. This would be the easiest to try and she can just uncheck it if it doesn’t help.
