  1. You eat the jar, and then it evaporates out of your pores and from your breath. Later, it condenses back into jar form with the dew collector.
  2. On Earth, you can have all the gore and violence you want. Show one nipple, and you're doomed.
  3. What I find interesting is that difficulty generally plateaus around the time you are clearing T3 sites regularly. Zombies just can't provide enough variety or quantity to be a challenge in sites after this point, it seems. Players get their first T3 weapons (pump shotgun level or beyond) and can deal with just about any situation. It will be interesting to see if the inclusion of raiders, who should have ranged capabilities and hopefully a much better AI, provide a proper challenge for later stages of the game.
  4. I've never had the game hold my interest long enough to get a gyrocopter. It's been a struggle to stay interested long enough to get a motorcycle.
  5. I could be losing my mind, but I seem to remember an earlier build required some sort of parts for repair of weapons. Might be confusing this game with some other game, however. The pitfall of a very long dev cycle with widely shifting designs.
  6. Like all sandbox games, there comes a point where you have nothing left to do, except start over with mods or at least different settings. It seems to be the nature of open games. Nothing wrong with it, but it is just something you have to know will happen.

    Zoo POI

In general the rare zombie version of animals that we typically hunt could be interesting. Suddenly get charged by a zombie deer or chicken could spice up hunting a bit, especially at night.
  8. It's been a while, but didn't we have a crafting system where you had to expend an item to repair an item that was damaged beyond a certain point? Or am I thinking of another game? Design here has drifted so much I'm not sure of previous iterations any more.
  9. Wait, this game still has survival aspects? I guess it has a faint, barely visible shadow of survival still. We must kill it.
  10. Wh Jars naturally evaporate from your body as part of your sweat when you eat them while drinking from them. The dew collectors condense this jar vapor from the atmosphere, reforming the jar.
  11. I don't think immersion is their primary concern. Though, I share your opinion.
  12. Fergettin Elixir does NOT clear any perk or crafting books. I used one myself as I decided to go machine guns rather than rifles later on in my game. It ONLY reset the skill points and attribute points. Hope that helps.

    POI idea!

Some creepy potential with the right lighting. Could be fun.
  14. How many times have we come across a closet or cupboard, and said "Okay, probably a zombie box. Shoot it with an arrow and we'll clear it." How many times have we looked at a room and said, "I bet the floor collapses. You hang back, I'll go in, and when it does you back me up." How many times have we come across a room with loot in it, particularly the treasure room, and said, "This is an encounter room, lets switch gear real quick and do a different tactic." EVERY SINGLE TIME WE CLEAR A POI. That's how many times. 100% of the time. There is no real surprise in the POIs any more. Just set pieces that you clear, each with a particular tactic. As it doesn't even spawn zombies outside the immediate area, you can go as loud as you like right outside an encounter that would be packed, and have no fear of a swarm descending on you. No need to ever adjust your tactics due to the situation in the area. Clearing POIs is very formulaic at this point.
  15. People still do treasure maps, buried treasure, and treasure hunter? Why? It seems like a terrible waste of time and skill points. Oh well, if it makes people happy.
